Vote for them, you know you're screwed
Count on them to overtax your pay
While voting for their own pay raise
All the while they're funding wars
Into which your money pours
Tax breaks for the very rich
While your dreams go in a ditch
Cutting programs you may need
And when you're poor they fail to heed
When your nearly on the streets
They'll make it hard to afford your heat... (tbc?)
