Soon after saving a wounded felon from a murder attempt, a male nurse's very pregnant wife is abducted and he is knocked out cold. With great reluctance, he takes assistance from the same violent criminal he saved to rescue his wife and yet to be born child and to uncover a conspiracy of corrupt cops. A relentless action film with a great plot.
